And will less likely greet to you from a distance, they will also greet less often too, making them to not act as much as robots. NPCs are also more clever and will know for example if they talked to a npc and will therefore talk to another or not talk at all.

Help. As the title suggests, I can’t see any of the NPCs during the opening cart scene. I am spawned in, but the horses and carriages don’t move. The NPC dialogue continues for a short bit until eventually stopping. The lighting and fog visibly changes. I do see some knights in the background, but they stay still and T-Pose.
